Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we're here to help.
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange or store credit, subject to the conditions below. If an ABRO product is not suitable for its intended purpose as described on our website, we will gladly provide a full refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Be returned with all original packaging, accessories and documentation.
- Not have been damaged after delivery.
Please note: ABRO liquid products cannot be returned once the original packaging seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty or your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply.
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, return shipping costs are generally your responsibility.
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds, exchanges or store credits are typically processed within 2–6 business days.
Three Easy Steps to Return Your Product
Step 1 – Contact Us
Before returning your item, please contact our customer service team on (02) 9764 5554.
Our team is available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm (AEST) and will help you determine the best return option and provide any instructions required.
Step 2 – Return Your Item
Carefully package the product to prevent damage during transit.
Please include all original accessories, manuals and packaging wherever possible.
Step 3 – Refund, Exchange or Store Credit
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund, exchange or store credit within 2–6 business days.
If we require any additional information regarding your return, our team will contact you as soon as possible.
Warranty & Consumer Guarantees
Unless otherwise stated, all ABRO products sold by Active Auto Sportique (AAS) are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product supplied by ABRO Australia is found to be faulty, not of acceptable quality, not fit for its intended purpose, does not match its description or sample, or is damaged during delivery, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair or refund.
To process a warranty claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase, such as your ABRO Australia tax invoice or receipt.
Warranty claims and replacement requests will be assessed once the product has been returned and inspected. If the product is confirmed to be faulty or was supplied incorrectly, we will arrange the appropriate remedy as quickly as possible.
Where a warranty claim is accepted, ABRO Australia will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs and, where applicable, cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to the original delivery address.
Exchanges
Exchanges for non-faulty items are available only for products that are:
- Clean and unused.
- In their original, saleable condition.
- Returned with all original packaging, manuals and accessories.

If you believe you have received an incorrect or faulty product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by completing our Contact Us form or calling (02) 9764 5554. Our team will guide you through the warranty process and advise any information required to assess your claim.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
